Sandy Yeung is the founder and lead attorney at Yeung & Associates, PLLC, a Brooklyn-based law firm practicing real estate law in New York City and estate planning statewide. Sandy’s real estate practice includes advice and representation in both residential and commercial real estate transactions in New York, representing buyers and sellers of single-family homes as well as townhouses, condominiums, and co-ops. On the commercial side, she handles all aspects of commercial real estate purchase and sale, commercial leases, and general business legal matters. Sandy takes a practical yet detail-oriented approach to every deal, striving to ensure that her clients are well-informed at every step and can move forward with confidence. In addition to real estate matters, Sandy also negotiates and drafts shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and other transactional documents for the commercial clients she represents.

Sandy earned her Juris Doctor law degree from Hofstra University School of Law, where she co-founded the First-Generation Law Student Association to support fellow students who are the first in their families to pursue a legal career. Before entering law school, Sandy worked for nine years as a paralegal in a New York real estate law firm, gaining extensive hands-on experience and valuable knowledge in the practical and legal sides of real property transactions in the Empire State. She is admitted to practice throughout the state of New York.

Sandy speaks Mandarin and Cantonese and can read, write and type Chinese, enabling her to better serve clients throughout New York who are more comfortable communicating and transacting business in Chinese than English. A self-described “people person,” Sandy places herself in the shoes of her clients and asks herself what the best way to handle each matter would be. This personalized approach helps ensure clients receive quality service tailored to their specific needs and goals.
